Thank you for staying with us at Dolphin Daze! We are so excited that you are here spending time together as a family or friends, and that we can help create a relaxing space for you to build memories. It's our desire to give you a 5-star visit in our beach home. In order to do that, we ask that you please read through our house rules to make sure that there is no miscommunication regarding expectations and to ensure that you and our neighbors and future guests can have the best possible visit.
If you are unhappy with the level of cleanliness upon arrival, please let us know immediately. We offer a free re-clean to anyone if reported within 2 hours of check-in. Our housekeeper takes a lot of pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, and has left her business card for you to contact her directly if you would like her to return and fix anything that's been overlooked. Please don't hesitate to reach out to her directly to kindly ask her to come back, and she will be happy to do so.
During the summer months, our home is fully booked every night and the maintenance levels skyrocket, so items like lightbulbs and batteries frequently need replacement. We are happy to fix these items for you, so if you notice anything burning out or the battery draining, just let us know! If any larger issues such as electrical, plumbing or air conditioning should arise during your visit, please let us know immediately and we will schedule the earliest possible appointment with a local specialist to come resolve the issue. Please be aware that in the high season we are ONLY in the property on Saturdays between 10 AM and 4 PM, so our knowledge of these issues is limited to guests making us aware of them.
