WHEN ARE MY PAYMENTS DUE?
A down payment is required in order to make a reservation. Guests have 48 hours after booking to cancel for a full refund, after which time no money will be refunded for any reason.
The remainder of your payment is due 90 days before check-in.
If you reservation is made less than 90 days out from the check-in date, the remainder of your balance is due 48 hours after booking.
HOW CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT?
We can take payments via Zelle, PayPal or by check. Your down payment on the website will be made via credit card.


WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO RENT?
We require a minimum age of 25 to rent this house. Exceptions can be made with an additional fee and the signature of an adult over 25 on a case-by-case basis.

WHAT ARE THE PET RULES?
We love when our guests can bring their fur babies with them to the beach! We charge a one-time pet fee of $100/pet upon booking, and pets must adhere to the following:

no pets on the furniture at any time

no loose pets on the beach

no pets on the carpets at any time
-
pets may not be left unattended in the house



HOW MANY BEDS AND BATHROOMS ARE THERE?
This is a 5 bedroom, 3 bath house.
First floor: King bedroom + Walk-in shower full bathroom
Second floor: Master bedroom with King bed (oceanfront) and en suite private full bathroom, Queen bedroom (oceanfront), Bunk room with 3 twins and 1 double bed, and hallway accessible full bathroom
Third floor: Loft-style bunk room with two twins and two full beds (oceanfront)
