HOUSE RULES

Please ALWAYS use the outside shower before entering the home from the beach. Our pipes for the interior showers WILL clog up with sand and back up the water in the tub if you use the interior bathrooms to rinse off.

Please shake off all your towels OUTSIDE before washing. Try to keep the sand in the washing machine to a minimum.

Please keep your noise levels to a minimum. Quiet hours for guests are 10 pm to 8 am. Please do not shout, play loud music, try to keep your pets from barking, etc. I will give you one warning if I receive complaints from the neighbors before taking further action.

Parties and additional guests are ONLY allowed with written permission ahead of time. Events like showers, bachelorette weekends, etc. are charged at an additional rate.

Please clean up any and all spills when they happen to avoid being charged a fine for damages - especially for coffee, wine, or anything else that stains!

If you are unhappy with the level of cleanliness, or if an amenity has somehow been overlooked, please let us know as soon as possible. All requests received three or more hours after check-in will cost an additional fee, but we will re-clean anything that has been overlooked for free if requested within two hours of check-in.

Please keep the doors and windows shut except for entry and exit. Especially during the summer, the HVAC system cannot keep up with the outside temperatures and humidity. The easiest way to cool the house is to close the room-darkening curtains on the oceanside of the house. Please note that we provide additional window units in each of the bedrooms as a courtesy - these units are not considered an included amenity and therefore, while we are happy to replace them should they fail, we do not provide refunds for their failure. Please use them sparingly at night and do not leave them running during periods in which you are not in the home.

Please note the trash schedule and take out the trash on the correct day and at the correct time. Trash pickup is at 6 AM, so please bring the cans out to the street the night before.

Guests with pets must adhere to the Pet Rules for the duration of their stay. We love it when we can provide the option for Guests to bring their fur babies with them to the beach, so please respect these rules that make it possible for all of our future guests to enjoy the property as well. Failure to adhere to these rules will result in a fine as well as the cost of cleaning, remediating or repairing any and all damage done by Guest's pets. By bringing your pets on this trip and keeping them in the Property, you agree to these Terms.

Failure to adhere to the House Rules may result in a fine, a deduction from the security deposit or legal action as necessary. Guests assume financial responsibility for any damage to this property during their reservation for both their Party and Pets as well as any visitors not registered.
